If the answer was no, it didn't get published. This archive exists to prove that standard, article by article.

The Real Story Behind This Archive — And Why It Matters

Let me tell you what happened in October 2025. I sat down with one intention: build a publication that gives Nigerians the kind of information that used to be locked behind expensive consultations, professional contacts, or just sheer luck of knowing the right person. The kind of information where if you don't have it, it costs you — money, time, your rights, your peace of mind.

I started with one article. Then another. Then I couldn't stop. Because the gaps were everywhere. Someone needed to explain what BVN actually does versus NIN — not in CBN language but in real English. Someone needed to explain what happens when your loan app threatens your contacts. Someone needed to write about Nigerian matrimonial property law in a way that a woman in Warri or a man in Enugu could actually use to protect themselves.

Five months later. Over 630 articles. This archive is the result of writing every single day — sometimes 4, 5, 6 articles in 24 hours — because the need was real and the information was genuinely missing. Not a single article was written to fill a quota. Every one of them started with one question: "Does a real Nigerian person, in a real Nigerian situation, need this information right now?"

The answer was always yes. So we published. And now it's all here — everything we know — organized for you to find and use.

Chinedu from Onitsha found the article on loan app data collection three days after a lender called his employer. Fatima from Kano used the matrimonial property guide to ask the right questions before her husband registered land without her name. Joshua from Lagos followed the agency banking guide to set up his POS business legally. That's what this archive exists for. Real situations. Real outcomes.

📊 Content Coverage by Category — What's Inside This Archive

This table shows exactly what each category covers, how many articles exist, when coverage began, and what makes Daily Reality NG's coverage of each area genuinely different from what you'll find elsewhere on the Nigerian internet.

Content Category Articles (March 2026) Coverage Started Coverage Trend Nigerian-Exclusive Angle What Makes It Different

⚠️ Article counts reflect published articles as of March 2026. New articles publish regularly — counts increase weekly. All articles independently written and fact-checked by Samson Ese, Founder of Daily Reality NG. | Source: Daily Reality NG publishing archive, March 2026

The most striking finding in this data is the Law & Rights silo — launched only in early 2026, it already contains 70+ articles. This reflects deliberate editorial strategy: Nigerian law is one of the most underserved information areas on the internet, and the consequences of not knowing your rights are measured in naira lost, property forfeited, and freedom compromised. It is the silo with the fastest growth rate and the most urgent reader need.

🔥 Most-Read Articles of 2026 — Start Here If You're New

These articles get the most traffic, the most shares, and the most "I needed this" comments. If you're reading Daily Reality NG for the first time, start here.

💳 Nigerian Fintech & Banking Archive

This is the most technically detailed silo on the site. Every article here was written after reading the actual CBN circular, NIBSS report, or regulatory document — not a news article about it. The fintech and banking space in Nigeria changes constantly. OPay's licensing status this quarter is different from last quarter. The USSD fee dispute affects every person who banks on a phone. The BVN-NIN linkage mandate has real account restriction consequences that banks will not explain proactively. These articles explain all of it.

⚖️ Nigerian Law & Rights Archive

Here's the uncomfortable truth that nobody says in polite company: most Nigerians don't know their rights. Not because they're unintelligent — because the people who control those systems benefit from you not knowing. That's exactly what this silo was built to fix. Every article here takes a Nigerian law — the Matrimonial Causes Act, the Land Use Act, the Labour Act, CAMA — and translates it into plain English with specific scenarios, specific consequences, and specific actions you can take right now.

💡 Did You Know?

In Nigeria, getting married does not create automatic joint ownership of property. According to the Matrimonial Causes Act 1970 and the Land Use Act 1978, a spouse's name must explicitly appear on a title deed for them to have legal ownership rights. Research by WRAPA (Women's Rights Advancement and Protection Alternative) across four Nigerian states found that 74% of divorced women lost access to property they had financially contributed to — because their name was not on the document. Daily Reality NG's Nigerian Law archive was created specifically to close information gaps like this one.

💼 Business & Entrepreneurship Archive

This is the largest silo on the site — and for good reason. Every Nigerian with a working brain and a survival instinct is trying to build something. A side hustle. A POS business. A digital product. A service business that runs on referrals. The problem isn't ambition. It's information. Which businesses actually work when NEPA is unreliable, data is expensive, logistics is brutal, and customer trust is hard-won? This silo answers that — with naira figures, Nigerian examples, and strategies calibrated for current 2026 conditions.

🏥 Health & Wellbeing Archive

Nigerian health information online is either too clinical, too expensive to access, or simply not calibrated for Nigerian healthcare conditions. NHIA coverage gaps are real. Patent medicine vendor dependency is real. The mental health stigma that keeps Nigerians suffering silently is real. This silo covers all of it honestly.

❤️ Lifestyle & Relationships Archive

This silo probably gets the most "this was written about my life" responses. Because relationships in Nigeria carry specific pressures — family involvement, financial expectation, cultural obligation, social media comparison — that Western relationship advice never addresses. Every article here was written from inside that reality.

💻 Tech & Digital Skills Archive

Tech advice that doesn't account for Nigerian data costs, budget Android limitations, NCC regulation, and the specific cybersecurity threats Nigerians face — is not tech advice for Nigerians. It's just tech advice with Nigerian naira signs inserted. Every article in this silo is calibrated for the actual device in your pocket and the actual internet speed available to you.

✍️ Blogging & Digital Income Archive

This silo is personal. I built Daily Reality NG from scratch — from zero traffic to 630+ articles in under six months. Everything in this silo reflects things I actually figured out, problems I actually hit, and solutions that actually worked. The story of how I built this site is the foundation article. Everything else in this silo builds on it.

I'm the person behind every article in this archive. Born in 1993. Started writing long before I built this platform — journals, reflections, commentaries on things I observed and couldn't understand. In October 2025, I launched Daily Reality NG to do one thing: give everyday Nigerians access to information that was previously available only to those with expensive professionals, well-connected family members, or sheer luck.

Six months in. 630+ articles. Zero regrets. Every article in this archive was written with one question in mind: "Does a real Nigerian person, in a real situation, genuinely need this?" If the answer was no — it didn't get published. If you're here, it means something in this archive answered a real question for you. That's the whole point.
